As of late I have been working as a 3d modeler for Hydraulx. Films I have been working on include Fast and Furious, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, 2012, and another super secret project...

Nightwish - Sonata Arctica

Greetings everyone! I am so excited to tell great stories of the concert I recently attended. Nightwish/Sonata Arctica!

Well it goes without saying that the show absolutely rocked. This was a birthday present for my best friend Xena.

We are both huge Nightwish fans so when I found out that they were having a US tour...I was all on that.

When we arrived, we had to get some overpriced shirts so we did. Mine has a guillotine. xD

When we got in, I had no idea that I had purchased floor tickets...so 0_o it was fun trying not to get pulled into the mosh pit. But it was cool because we were really close to the band.

The opening band was Sonata Arctica. I had never heard them before, but I need to get some songs from them. I really enjoyed their performance.

When Nightwish went onstage, everyone went nuts. Even reserved little me over here was screaming her head off and belting the lyrics with the rest of the Finnish Metal Army.

The band did great and they played such hits as "Wishmaster", "Dark Chest of Wonders", "Angel", and a few new ones.

The new lead singer for Nightwish did a great job as well, even though I did miss the Tarja-ness.

All on all, a night to remember...with one deaf ear and no voice...
